Neal claims this was retaliation after he and his late wife reported longstanding ritualistic child sexual abusewithin her family in Arizona—abuse they say was substantiated by disturbing video evidence.
Neal recounts fleeing to Switzerland seeking safety and medical care for his wife and children, only to face further trauma when his wife had a mental health crisis and Swiss authorities removed their children. Despite being cleared by multiple psychiatrists and having a clean legal record, Neal says his children were never returned and have now been alienated from him
