At their 2025 annual gathering in National Harbor, Maryland, CPAC approved what’s been described as a modern-day Balfour Declaration, asserting what they claim is Jewish sovereignty over the West Bank, one of the two territories which, alongside Gaza, makes up the modern-day State of Palestine. The West Bank is currently the home of nearly 3 million Palestinians.
CPAC’s modern-day Balfour Declaration was pushed into the agenda by members of Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet, as well as by zionist expansionist radicals with the Yesha Council, an Israel-based organization that unites the municipal councils of Jewish settlements in the West Bank. These settlements, however, are illegal under international law and their construction routinely involves the seizure of Palestinian homes and the expulsion or even murder of their residents.
Nevertheless, according to CPAC and its Israeli partners, “all these areas are integral parts of Israel, and the United States of America and her allies should recognize Israeli sovereignty over these lands.”
“We stand shoulder to shoulder with our Jewish brothers and sisters in Israel, and the world over against the reprehensible rise of antisemitism and the shameful prosecution, and persectuion, of Christians and Jews around the world,” said former Deputy National Security Advisor and Fox News personality K.T. McFarland as she the read the resolution aloud.
“Our values are shared values, and CPAC will fight for them relentlessly,” she added, moments before the resolution passed with a resounding vote of “Aye.”
Despite McFarland’s attempt to link the Jewish settler movement to Christianity during her remarks, roughly a year ago, Israeli “settlers” in Jerusalem’s Old City launched repeated attacks against Armenian Christian Clergymen and others, in an attempt to seize land that Christians have lived on since the 4th Century, and build luxury hotels and communities in its place.
In their attempt to expel the Christians, the “settlers” used dogs, firearms, and “nerve agents,” and had the support of Israeli law enforcement. The Christians, however, refused to leave and international media attention dumped some cold water on the situation, though a legal battle is still playing out, as of December 2024.

Some Quick History:
The first Balfour Declaration, which paved the way for the modern nation-state of Israel, was issued by the British government to Lord Walter Rothschild in 1917 and officially declared British support for “the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.”
UK Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour described his letter to Lord Rothschild as a “declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations,” on behalf of the British Empire.
Interestingly enough, however, while the Balfour Declaration did “favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people,” it went on to specifically warn the Jews against brutalizing and discriminating against Palestine’s native population.
“Nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine,” the letter read – a term that’s quite obviously been violated.
